The Customer Service Desk can assist you with:

Complimentary Motorised Scooter,
Wheelchair and Pram Hire
Bookings are advisable and can be made up to two weeks in advance by phone. Upon arrival at the centre, visit the Customer Service Desk and provide proof of identity to collect your scooter, wheelchair or pram. If you require assistance with an escort to or from your car please contact our staff to arrange.

Justice of the Peace
Our Justice of the Peace service is available Tuesday and Friday between 1.00pm and 4.00pm and is located in front of the Customer Service Desk on Upper Level.

Gift Cards
Personalised gift cards are the perfect gift for loved ones, family and friends, allowing them to indulge themselves by selecting an item of their choice at a wide range of Castle Towers retailers. Castle Towers Gift Cards are available from the Customer Service Desk on Upper Level and they can be purchased in any denomination between $20 and $500. They may be redeemed at over 300 stores at Castle Towers* including David Jones, and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. To assist your purchase, EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.

Lost and Found Property
All lost property is delivered to the Customer Service Desk. Please contact us if you have misplaced an item or come across a stray item while shopping.

Parent's Room, Restrooms and Access
Lifts and travelators are located throughout the shopping centre to assist you with your movement between levels. Restrooms and parents rooms are conveniently located near these lifts on all levels. The parents rooms cater for Mums and Dads with a microwave oven, nappy dispensers, parent and child toilets and private feeding cubicles.

Disabled Restrooms and Access
Disabled car spots are provided at all of the centre's main carpark entries. Lifts and travelators are located throughout the shopping centre to assist you with your movement between levels. Restrooms are conveniently located near these lifts on all levels.
