    1. Q: I’ve forgotten my member username or password

      A: No problem, simply go to ‘log in' and click 'I’ve forgotten my password'.
 A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.

    2. Q: How do I view and update my contact details and preferences?

      A: You must log in using the Log In link on the home page. Simply hover over the member icon on the right, enter your details, and click 'UPDATE MY PROFILE’ once logged in. Update your details and preferences and click Save.

    3. Q: How do I unsubscribe?

      A: You can unsubscribe by going into ‘my profile’ and de-select the email subscribe tick box, or alternatively you can use the unselect option on the bottom of the email newsletter.
