Event Cinemas at Castle Towers are running a colouring-in competition to celebrate the release of How to Train your Dragon.

From the studio that brought you Shrek, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda comes How to Train your Dragon. Hitting cinemas 25 March, this comedy adventure is set in the mythical world of burly Vikings and wild dragons.

Based on the book by Cressida Cowell, How to Train your Dragon tells the story of Hiccup, a Viking teenager who doesn’t exactly fit in with his tribe’s longstanding tradition of heroic dragon slayers.  Hiccup’s world is turned upside down when he encounters a dragon that challenges he and his fellow Vikings to see the world from an entirely different point of view.

A colouring-in corner will run during the April school holidays in the Event Cinemas foyer, where children are encouraged to work on their masterpieces whilst in the centre.

Children 13 years and under are able to enter the competition, which is sectioned into three categories; 0-4 years, 5-8 years and 9-13 years.  Fantastic prize packs will be awarded to the winner and runner up in each category.
