Castle Towers is a proud sponsor of the Hills Relay For Life and is once again supporting this annual event in a bid to raise awareness, support and funds for the Cancer Council.

Relay For Life is a unique fundraising event that brings communities together in the fight against cancer. Whether you are a cancer survivor, a carer, supporting friends or loved ones, or simply wanting to make a difference, Relay For Life empowers everyone who participates.

The Hills Relay for Life will be held on Saturday 14 May 2011 from 9:30am at Castle Hill Showground. This is a fun, outdoor and overnight fundraising team event, and everyone's invited. If you'd like to attend, you can join the Castle Towers team which is registered at www.relay.cancercouncil.com.au

To further create awareness towards this great event, Castle Towers will be holding a Purple Parade in-centre on Thursday 5 May 2011 from 7pm - 9pm. Participants in the Purple Parade will include Towers Ted among other mascots, Cancer Council volunteers, Towers Walkers and a live band! Castle Towers retailers are also showing their support by theming their store fronts purple!

Everyone is invited to join the Purple Parade or simply make a donation as they pass you by!
